Smart HR (https://smarthr.in) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidential data of our clients, hiring managers, recruiters, and candidate profiles processed across our platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Full name, corporate email address, contact telephone number, and company name provided during registration.
• Candidate & Resume Data: PDF, DOCX, DOC files, candidate contact details, skills, experience, and educational histories uploaded solely for ATS parsing and scoring.
• Billing & Payment Data: Transaction metadata and order identifiers processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways including Cashfree. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

3. Use of Information

Information collected is utilized exclusively to:

• Provide resume parsing, candidate scoring, and recruiting pipeline management.
• Process transactions, billing invoices, and subscription renewals in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Deliver important account security notifications and OTP verifications.

4. Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS 1.3 and stored with strict multi-tenant isolation. Organizations have complete control over their candidate retention timelines and can trigger instant data purging via the Organization Control Center.
